Summer Strength and Conditioning Program

EOAARA is providing athletes with an optional program that they can use as a resource to help support their individual summer training.

It is expected that U19AA athletes take advantage of the off-season to improve their overall strength and conditioning, which will support increased performance and help with injury prevention during the season.
