Partnership announcement - Nepean National Ringette League (NRL)
The Nepean National Ringette League (NRL) leadership is thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership with the Eastern Ontario AA Ringette Association (EOAARA). This collaboration represents a significant step forward in fostering the development of elite ringette talent across the National Capital region.
Through this partnership, the EOAARA and Nepean NRL will create a clear pathway for athletes aspiring to compete at the highest levels of the sport. Together, the organizations will focus on enhancing their programs, expanding skill development opportunities for players, providing exposure to new coaching and mentorship, and establishing a high performance program.
What This Means for 19AA players and families:
- Development Pathway: Athletes in the AA program will benefit from a direct connection to the NRL, and exposure to elite-level training and play.
- Enhanced Training Opportunities: Both organizations will collaborate on additional training options through program planning, joint practices, and skill development sessions that are player focused.
- 3rd Year Player Support: 3rd year players will have greater opportunity for a prolonged player identification period, and potential affiliation experience with the NRL.
